At that time, Clandestin's founders envisioned building a 1000 liter microbrewery capable of consistently producing high-quality craft beer for friends and loyal customers. Our partnership launched this inspiring brewing project, which has now become a success story in Romania's rapidly growing craft beer market.
When Clandestin Brewery approached us, their primary goal was clear—to build a small commercial brewery capable of producing high-quality, authentic, and consistently excellent beer. Their brewer emphasized the need for an efficient, easy-to-use, and stable 1000L beer brewing system to meet their small-scale yet professional production needs.
After numerous technical discussions and layout planning meetings with the brewer, we finalized a customized 1000l commercial beer brewing equipment configuration. This micro brewery system is designed to complement Clandestin's unique brewing style while also offering flexibility for various recipes such as India Pale Ale, Pilsner, and Lager.
This 1000l beer brewing system is electrically heated, making it ideal for breweries located in urban areas where gas supply may be limited. The electric heating system ensures precise temperature control, energy efficiency, and clean operation—key advantages for small, indoor breweries.

For the fermentation area, we provided 1000l beer fermentation tanks equipped with side manway for easy cleaning and maintenance. Each stainless steel fermentation tank is constructed of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel and features:

Thermometer and pressure gauge
Dry hop port for adding hops during fermentation
