Product Introduction
Horizontal bright beer tanks are often used in locations where vertical space is limited. These tanks can be stacked to save space, making them a common sight in Europe where old buildings often have height restrictions.
In addition to space considerations, some European brewers follow traditional methods by removing yeast from the top of the fermenter and transferring the beer to a horizontal bright tank for conditioning after primary fermentation in an open top fermenter.
Horizontal brite tanks may be single-walled without a cooling jacket, making them suitable for placement in a cold room.
