Among them, the Fuhrberger Brauerei , a small but well-known brewery in the local community, stands out. In 2023, the owner decided to expand his product range by investing in a 200l beer brewing equipment, aiming to combine traditional German brewing methods with modern craft beer production technology.
The owner of Brewery learned about our company through a Google search and immediately became interested in our 200l craft beer brewing equipment. His pub, though small, is known for its high-quality beer and is beloved by locals. To match the brewery's commitment to quality, he needed a nano-brewing system that met his production capacity requirements while adhering to German brewing standards.

This process involves boiling a portion of the wort and then returning it to the main wort to gradually increase the temperature, resulting in a richer malt flavor.

This customized configuration ensured the brewery could perform a cooker-fermentation process while maintaining high efficiency and repeatability in every batch.
Before production, our team submitted detailed drawings of the craft beer brewing system to the brewery owner, including layouts of the brewing workshop, fermentation tanks, and all auxiliary equipment. This step ensured that:
