Brewhouse System
Mash/Lauter Tun – Used for mashing and filtration, equipped with a false bottom, rake system, and wort outlet.
Brew Kettle/Whirlpool Tank – Ensures efficient boiling and hop separation.
Hot Liquor Tank (HLT) – Provides hot water for mashing and cleaning processes.
The 300L brewhouse includes:
Steam heating jackets for rapid and stable heating
Insulated tanks to minimize heat loss
Sanitary pumps and valves for hygienic operations
Easy-to-operate and safe stainless steel workbenches
Automatic or semi-automatic control panels (optional PLC control)
The steam jacket system achieves precise temperature control through steam inlet and outlet valves, ensuring consistent wort and boiling temperatures. This is especially important in tropical climates like the Philippines, where stable brewing temperatures are crucial for beer quality.
The fermentation area is equipped with 300 liter or 600 liter beer fermentation tanks, the specific number depending on production scale. Each fermentation tank is constructed from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel and includes the following components:
Cooling jacket for temperature control
CIP spray ball for cleaning
Safety relief valve and pressure gauge
Sampling valve
Thermometer
Dry spice processing (optional)
