Prouduct Specifications

This fermentation tank is designed for high-efficiency fermentation, with a total capacity of 1200 liters and a usable capacity of 1000 liters. The dimensions of the tank are φ1060 mm in diameter and 2200 mm in height.

Construction:

  • Interior Shell: Made of SUS304 stainless steel with a thickness of 3.0 mm, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.

  • Exterior Shell: Also constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, with a thickness of 2.0 mm for added protection.

  • Insulation: Polyurethane insulation with a thickness of 80 mm, providing excellent thermal efficiency.


Cooling System:

  • Glycol Jacket: A dimpled plate glycol jacket covers the cone and sides of the tank, with a thickness of 2.0 mm.

  • Cooling Media: The cooling system uses either glycol water or alcohol water.

  • Cooling Control: Features a square table control for single-tank control, with 35% glycol liquid at -5°C for effective temperature regulation.


Welding and Construction:

  • The tank is 100% TIG welded using pure argon gas shielding for clean, strong welds.

  • The welding seams are brushed with a sand belt, and the welding points are acid passivated for enhanced corrosion resistance.


Ports and Access:

  • Dry Hopping Port and Safety Valve are located on the top for easy addition of hops and for pressure relief.

  • Rotating Racking Port and Discharge Port with a butterfly valve for efficient product transfer.

  • Top Pressure Manway for easy access to the tank interior.


CIP (Cleaning in Place) System:

  • CIP Arm with a 360° rotatable CIP spraying ball, ensuring thorough and effective cleaning without the need for disassembly.

  • Mechanical Relief Valve and Shockproof Pressure Gauge mounted on the CIP arm for safety and pressure monitoring.
