A fermenter is a vessel used in beer production to facilitate the fermentation process. Once the wort is produced, it is transferred to the fermenter where yeast undergoes aerobic and anaerobic reactions. This vessel is crucial in the beer-making process, providing the ideal conditions for fermentation to occur effectively. As a result, the fermentation tank is a key component in the overall fermentation system.

4. Our beer fermentation tank is designed with jackets for efficient heating and cooling. Both the cone top and shell bottom have jackets with large exchanging areas.
5.We use a 100% TIG welding process for the tanks, with full welding of the jackets using water to ensure no leaks and a long lifespan. The welds are passivated.
6.Completely equipped with piping and electrical wiring, including valves and sensors.
7.Control System: electrical control panel with temperature regulation and on-off control for brewhouse; electrical control panel with temperature regulation and on-off control for cooling components; temperature control device, thermocouple, solenoid valves, and more are provided; PLC with touch screen interface available for customization requests.
