CBET’s Combination Three Vessel Brewhouses offer brewers a simple and cost effective brewing solution. By combining the Mash Tun & Lauter Tun,separate whirlpool tank at the bottom of lauter tank and the Kettle ,we provide space and cost savings without compromising brewing quality and control.
Typical size range from 100L(1BBL) to 1000L(100BBL) (custom sizing & configuration available)
Advantage of Combination brewhouse than traditional two vessel brewhouse
The brewhouse is easily transportable in one unit, or it can be broken down into 3 smaller parts.
Combination brewhouse allows the production of beer using both infusion or decoction method.
The whirlpool is integrated under the lauter tun. This solution saves space in the brewery (only for brew house volumes lower than 1000 liters)
The dosage of the raw materials is carried out at the beginning of the brewing process.
Two options of wort lautering – gravitational (first phase) and by pump (second phase).
